operation christmas child

Operation Christmas Child, a ministry of Samaritan’s Purse, sends gift-filled shoeboxes to children around the world.

These shoe boxes are filled with love and prayers and are distributed to the children along with a gospel presentation. In addition, each receives the Gospel in a colorful booklet written in their own language. Children that are interested may also choose to participate in The Greatest Journey, a 12 week discipleship program taught by local workers trained by Samaritan’s Purse.

Each year, Hope Community Church hosts a community packing party as well as having preparation parties throughout the year. Check the calendar page if you would like to find out when we are hosting our next packing party.
